Full-stack AI and the FDE delivery model demonstrate a scalable path from enterprise AI infrastructure to measurable business outcomes

SHANGHAI, 7 August 2026 — At an industry summit hosted on 5 August by Frost & Sullivan and LeadLeo Research Institute, Marketingforce (02556.HK), a leading enterprise AI application platform, was named to three authoritative Top 10 lists. A joint AI marketing agent project developed by Marketingforce and global jewellery brand Pandora was also selected as a 2026 Best Practice in AI-Driven Marketing.

The four recognitions cover global growth potential, commercial value, AI marketing service capability and real-world customer implementation:

Global Growth Potential: Top 10 Chinese Agents with the Greatest Global Development Potential.

Commercial Value: Top 10 Agents with the Greatest Commercial Value Potential.

Marketing Services: Top 10 Marketing Service Providers in China’s AI Environment.

Best Practice: 2026 Best Practice in AI-Driven Marketing — the Pandora AI Marketing Agent project.

From building agents to making agents deliver business outcomes

Enterprise AI competition is moving beyond model size and isolated demonstrations. Customers increasingly evaluate whether an AI system can understand proprietary knowledge, operate inside existing workflows, remain governable and improve measurable business results. Marketingforce addresses this requirement through an integrated technology and delivery stack.

AI-Agentforce provides agent creation, orchestration, management and continuous iteration. KnowForce AI connects enterprise databases, knowledge bases and knowledge graphs. GenAI OS provides a common operating layer for enterprise AI workers. Together, these capabilities support agent deployment across marketing, sales, customer service, business analytics, cross-border trade and R&D.

FDE closes the enterprise AI “last-mile” gap

Marketingforce’s Forward Deployed Engineer, or FDE, model places product, engineering and industry specialists close to the customer’s operational environment. The team identifies high-value use cases, connects fragmented data and business rules, configures agent workflows, establishes evaluation metrics and feeds deployment experience back into the product platform. This creates a path from customised implementation to repeatable product modules and reusable scenario tokens.

Pandora as a real-world proof point

The Pandora project addresses cross-channel data fragmentation, development-dependent campaign execution, frequency-management complexity and inconsistent attribution. Marketingforce helped connect customer behaviour data, automate decision rules, coordinate frequency controls across channels and establish multi-touch attribution options. The project illustrates how a global brand can move from fragmented tools to a governed, measurable AI-enabled marketing workflow.

Marketingforce will continue to strengthen its agent platform, enterprise knowledge layer and AI worker portfolio, while extending the FDE model across international, cross-border trade and industry-specific use cases.
