         Los Angeles, CA — November 2025 — Chingsam, the contemporary qipao and cross-cultural fashion brand redefining modern Chinese aesthetics, has been recognized with two major international distinctions this year. The brand has been named Silver Winner in the Product & Service – Fashion category at the 2026 Noble Business Awards, and has also earned the 2025 Silver Winner title for Cross-Cultural Design Adaptation at the TITAN Best Brand Design Awards.

These back-to-back accolades mark an important milestone for Chingsam and its founder, Creative Director, and Designer Xiran Liu, whose work continues to draw global attention for its sophisticated integration of heritage craft, modern design language, and cultural storytelling.

A New Voice for Modern Chinese Fashion

      The Noble Business Awards honored Chingsam for its innovative approach to product development within the fashion industry. The judging panel highlighted the brand’s ability to merge traditional craftsmanship—rooted in the classical silhouettes and tailoring of mid-century qipao—with forward-thinking design that resonates with contemporary audiences worldwide.

      In particular, Chingsam’s unique curation of 1950s–60s vintage qipaos alongside newly designed collections was recognized as a rare cultural preservation effort within the global fashion market.

Excellence in Cross-Cultural Design

      Chingsam’s second honor, the TITAN Best Brand Design Silver Award in Cross-Cultural Design Adaptation, celebrates the brand’s exceptional ability to translate Eastern cultural motifs into modern, internationally relevant aesthetics. Judges noted the brand’s strong visual identity, refined brand storytelling, and its success in communicating Chinese cultural elegance to a Western audience without compromising authenticity.

      Under Liu’s direction, Chingsam has developed a cohesive brand language — from garment design to creative campaigns — that bridges cultures while maintaining artistic integrity.

A Milestone for Creative Leadership

       As both Creative Director and Designer, Xiran Liu’s leadership played a decisive role in securing both awards. Her vision, which centers on elevating the qipao from a traditional garment to a culturally resonant global fashion statement, has positioned Chingsam as a rising international brand at the intersection of heritage, design, and identity.

Looking Ahead

      Building on this momentum, Xiran Liu plans to lead Chingsam into a dynamic new chapter. The brand is set to collaborate with 24K Onions to produce a series of short-form dramas that integrate fashion, culture, and narrative storytelling. In addition, Liu will continue expanding the brand’s digital presence through strategic content development and platform operations, strengthening      Chingsam’s global reach. The brand also plans to pursue cross-industry collaborations with leading companies and creatives, while launching a series of pop-up events across major cities to further engage diverse audiences and share the evolving story of modern qipao design.
