尚福平，1955年9月出生于山东济南，中国东方文化研究会美育工作委员会客座教授，原中国书法史学会常务理事，曾任国务院《小康丰碑》艺术文献顾问。

曾获“中港文化使者荣誉称号”及“香港印象·二十五载”特别金奖。荣获第十届中国文化艺术节，“金虎奖·终身成就奖”及第十一届中国文化艺术节“金兔奖终身成就奖”，笔墨三国·中日韩艺术三大家、国家行业领袖人物、中国开派巨匠、当代殿堂级艺术家、中华之光·传承与传播中华文化艺术名家、中国文艺界领军人物、国之脊梁、中国艺术十大巨头、国家十大影响力艺术家、篆书宗师八大家、行书宗师八大家、榜书宗师八大家、中国新时代艺坛楷模、古今文化名宿八大家、艺术界大拿、当代魁首、世界杰出华人艺术家、作品选入中俄文化艺术展、《澄怀》被莱索托王国驻华使馆收藏、《易经》选句被BMAC收藏、翰墨华夏(北京)书画院名誉院长、中国教育电视台《水墨丹青栏目》《名家讲堂》签约艺术家、水墨丹青书画院常务理事、韩国美术家协会外籍顾问、日本书道学社外籍学术博士。

Shang Fuping was born in Jinan, Shandong Province in September 1955. He is a visiting professor of the Aesthetic Education Committee of the China Oriental Culture Research Society, a former standing director of the Chinese Society of Calligraphy History, and served as an art document advisor for The State Council's "Monument to a Well-off Society".
