刘忠礼，男，汉族 笔名：诚实。1949年12月生于四川隆昌市，从小热爱书画、尤其热爱花中梅兰竹菊四君子，现为国家一级美术师，国礼艺术家，亚洲书画家协会副主席，中国通俗文艺研究会理事。中国通俗文艺研究会书画艺术委员会专家委员。

中国通俗文艺研究会优秀艺术家刘忠礼工作室。中国东方文化研究会美术研究员。中国老年书画研究会艺术委员会委员。重庆市老年书画研究会会员。

2019年5月创作的扇面“清气满乾坤”被选入“风景这边独好”——纪念中国老年书画研究会35周年精品展览。作品编入 《2019年中国老年书画年鉴》。

2020年8月创作的扇面“兰为王者香，芬馥笔墨里”被选编入《逆行中我们风雨共担——网络书画艺术展作品集》。2021年被中国老年书画研究会评委优秀会员。

2021年8月创作的4尺整纸“高风亮节、浩然正气”，百年筑辉煌共圆中国梦、庆祝中国共产党成立100周年中国老年书画研究会全国优秀书画作品展览，其作品选刊在中国老年书画报第八期第三版。

2022年8月创作的四尺整纸白梅《傲骨清寒》、竹子《高风亮节》作品特邀参加纪念焦裕禄诞辰100周年，由焦裕禄纪念馆收藏

2022年10月：作品扇面《梅兰竹菊》四君子参加由世界华人华桥艺术家联合会、北京笔墨缘，中国兰亭翰墨杯，新时代人民艺术网作品展荣获金奖，中国兰亭德艺双馨艺术家。作品编入《喜迎党的二十大胜利召开暨中国兰亭翰墨杯全国诗词书画摄影作品集》。

2023年4月，被特聘为中国著名品牌《笔墨情缘》文化艺术名家书画院总院副院长，院士，实力派画家。五一参加中国著名品牌“笔墨情缘”文化艺术名家线上作品展荣获“丹青巨匠”,“五一”劳动模范称号。

2023年先后出版了刘忠礼书画选集，由中国邮政局出版的《荣耀中国》珍藏邮册.《中国绘画全集》《翰墨华章》《大道同行》《投资与参考》《中國收藏》等。

2024年1月，出版《大家风范——中国艺坛名家雅集》。

2024年6月，入编外文出版社出版发行《从北京到巴黎—-中法艺术家奥林匹克名家名作》。

2024年4月，五星出东方——世界著名艺术院校特邀学术交流，作品《花中气节最高坚》被德国柏林艺术大学永久收藏，作品《清香溢远》被罗马美术学院永久收藏。

2024年7月29日受中央新影中学美育视界栏目组，特邀在北京国家会议中心参加搜星中国国庆文艺晚会，并受聘于中央新影中学生栏目艺术指导。

2024年8月中法建交60周年之际，被法国当代艺术学院授予“法中文化大使”荣誉称号，促进了中国与法国两国之间的文化交流（并授予中国当代最杰出的艺术巨匠）

2024年8月17日受中国服务贸易协会国际交流委员会邀请出席加蓬共和国独立日64周年庆典特邀嘉宾。

2024年9月4日受中学生频道美育世界栏目组邀请参加巴哈马国大使馆文化艺术交流活动。

2024年9月5日应邀做客中央电视CCTV演播室《经典对话艺术名家》专访栏目。

2024年10月受邀与孙晓云、何家英共同出版《走向世界艺术三大家》合集书籍并荣获“优秀艺术领航人物”，同年荣登由我要上央视举办的《世界艺术十大领军人物》活动，并荣获“世界艺术十大领军人物”荣誉称号。

2024年11月，参加由中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会主办的:

青云万里-2024社会艺术文化产业代表大会，荣获“2024年最具影响力艺术人物”同月被中国国际教育电视台聘请担任:特邀艺术顾问。近几年多次参加国内外的展览，深受人民喜爱。

Liu Zhongli, male, of Han ethnicity, with the pen name "Chengshi" (Honest). He was born in Longchang City, Sichuan Province in December 1949. Since childhood, he has been passionate about calligraphy and painting, and has a particular fondness for the "Four Gentlemen of Flowers"—plum blossom, orchid, bamboo, and chrysanthemum.

Key Achievements and Exhibitions:

In May 2019, his fan painting Freshness Fills the Universe was selected for the exhibition The Scenery Here is Uniquely Beautiful — a celebration of the 35th anniversary of the China Senior Calligraphers and Painters Association. The work was included in the 2019 China Senior Calligraphy and Painting Yearbook.

In August 2020, his fan painting Orchid, the Fragrance of Kings, Permeates the Brush and Ink was compiled into the collection We Stand Together Through Storms in the Retrograde — Works from the Online Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition.

In 2021, he was named an "Outstanding Member" by the China Senior Calligraphers and Painters Association.

In August 2021, his four-foot paper work Noble Character and Integrity, Majestic Spirit was exhibited in the 100 Years of Glory, Realizing the Chinese Dream Together — National Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. The work was published on Page 3 of Issue 8 of the China Senior Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper.

In August 2022, his four-foot paper works Proud Bone and Clear Cold (white plum) and Noble Character and Integrity (bamboo) were specially invited to the exhibition commemorating the 100th birthday of Jiao Yulu and were collected by the Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall.

In October 2022, his fan painting The Four Gentlemen: Plum, Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum won the Gold Award at the joint exhibition organized by the World Federation of Overseas Chinese Artists, Beijing Brush and Ink Bond, China Lanting Calligraphy and Ink Cup, and New Era People's Art Network. He was honored as "China Lanting Artist with Both Virtue and Artistic Excellence," and his work was included in the collection Celebrating the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Photography Works of the China Lanting Calligraphy and Ink Cup.

In April 2023, he was specially appointed as Vice President, Academician, and "Powerful Painter" of the General Academy of the "Brush and Ink Affinity" Culture and Art Masters' Calligraphy and Painting Academy (a renowned Chinese brand). In May, he participated in the online exhibition of "Brush and Ink Affinity" cultural masters and won the titles of "Master of Painting" and "May 1st Labor Model."

In 2023, he published Selected Works of Liu Zhongli's Calligraphy and Painting. His works were also included in collections such as the Glorious China treasure stamp album (published by China Post), Complete Collection of Chinese Painting, Brilliant Chapter of Calligraphy and Ink, Walking Together on the Great Path, Investment and Reference, and China Collection.

In January 2024, he published Masterly Demeanor: Gathering of Famous Chinese Artists.

In June 2024, his works were included in From Beijing to Paris: Masterpieces by Sino-French Artists for the Olympics (published by Foreign Languages Press).

In April 2024, he participated in the "Five Stars Rise in the East" academic exchange with world-renowned art colleges. His work The Highest Integrity in Flowers was permanently collected by the Berlin University of the Arts (Germany), and Fragrance Spreads Far was permanently collected by the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma (Italy).

On July 29, 2024, he was invited by CCTV Xinying's "Middle School Aesthetic Education Vision" program to attend the "Star Search China National Day Gala" at the National Convention Center in Beijing and was appointed as Art Director of CCTV Xinying's middle school student program.

In August 2024, on the 60th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations, he was awarded the title of "Sino-French Cultural Ambassador" by the French Academy of Contemporary Art for promoting cultural exchanges between China and France, and was also honored as "the Most Outstanding Contemporary Chinese Art Master."

On August 17, 2024, he was invited by the International Exchange Committee of the China Association for Service Trade to attend the 64th Independence Day celebration of the Republic of Gabon as a special guest.

On September 4, 2024, he was invited by the "Middle School Student Channel Aesthetic Education World" program to participate in a cultural exchange event at the Embassy of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

On September 5, 2024, he was a guest in the CCTV studio for the special interview program Classic Dialogue with Art Masters.

In October 2024, he co-published Three Great Masters of Art Going Global with Sun Xiaoyun and He Jiaying, winning the title of "Outstanding Art Leader." In the same year, he was listed in the "Top 10 World Art Leaders" event organized by "I Want to Be on CCTV" and won the honorary title.

In November 2024, he participated in the Boundless Aspirations — 2024 Representative Congress of Social Art and Cultural Industry hosted by the Social Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for the Study of Oriental Culture, winning the title of "2024 Most Influential Art Figure." In the same month, he was appointed as a Special Art Advisor by China International Education Television (CIETV). In recent years, he has participated in numerous domestic and international exhibitions, which have been widely loved by the public.
